This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll start with analytics, learn how to translate insights into marketing actions, and eventually manage campaigns that shape our app’s global reach.Role OverviewAs aData Analyst (Performance Marketing) , you’ll be the analytical backbone of our growth team - turning marketing and user data into actionable insights. Over time, you’ll gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns acrossGoogle Ads (UAC) ,Apple Search Ads , andMeta Ads .This role is perfect for someone who is strong with numbers, curious about growth, and excited to learn performance marketing from the inside out.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze campaign and user data fromGoogle Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta , and other channels.Work with analytics platforms such asFirebase, GA4, AppsFlyer / Singular, App Store Connect,andGoogle App Console .Build dashboards and reports to track keyKPIs - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV,andRetention .UseExcel, Google Sheets , andSQL to clean, analyze , andvisualize data .Present insights that influence marketing and product decisions.Planning, Execution , andoptimizationof paid campaigns across major ad networks.Support budget allocation,A/B testing , and creative optimization.Collaborate with design and product teams to align creative testing with growth insights.Collaborate with theASO Team(App Store Optimization) to leverage and boost app visibility.Take ownership of campaign strategy as you grow in the role.What We’re Looking For1 - 2 years of experience indata analysis, marketing analytics,ormobile growth .Strong analytical skills with proficiency inExcel, Google Sheets, and SQL .Familiarity withAppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4,orsimilar tools .Understanding of keymobile metrics :CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV , andretention .Ability to translate data insights into business or marketing actions.Basic understanding orcuriosityaboutdigital marketingandpaid acquisition .Strong communication and collaboration skills.Eager tolearn ,experiment , and grow into a performance marketing role.Why You’ll Love Working HereStructured Growth Path : Start as a Data Analyst and progress toward Performance Marketing.Learning-Focused Environment : Get mentorship and hands-on training in advanced paid marketing strategies.Global Impact : Contribute to apps with millions of active users worldwide.Ownership & Flexibility:Work in a results-oriented, innovation-driven culture.Real Growth : See your insights directly influence user acquisition and revenue.
