Title: Data Analyst

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you'll support teams across the organization by providing accurate, meaningful insights. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Creating dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Conducting trend analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring business metrics
  • Supporting data-driven decisions in marketing, product, and operations
  • Collaborating on A/B tests, customer segmentation, and performance reporting

Job Description:

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science)
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Solid skills in SQL and Excel (Python or R a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Ability to explain technical findings in simple, clear language
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
