About the Role :-

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing D2C business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building insightful reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable business intelligence that enables smarter decision-making and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets models for performance tracking, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Design, automate, and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility of key business KPIs.
  • Gather and consolidate data from Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and other consumer channels.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

2. Business Insights & Problem Solving

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to improve revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support leadership and cross-functional teams in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dives into customer behavior, retention, and funnel performance to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI (or Tableau/Looker), and SQL.
  • Experience working with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into business-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :-

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and D2C performance metrics.
