Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced CPQ + Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation.
- This role requires someone who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform.
What You'll Do :
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables, and coordinate and execute CPQ projects and enhancements.
- Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.
- Own functional tasks and deliverables, including process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
- Create and maintain project, application, and architectural design documents and Salesforce CPQ development best practices.
- Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company's business processes and systems.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of CPQ-related data across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
- 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Ability to customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and demonstrate the same to the customer.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
- Passion for creating a frictionless end-user experience.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
