The service transition Engineer will work with the I&O Product Management team on processes and activities and make sure they operate efficiently and effectively, and that they comply with governance controls. Candidate will demonstrate strong service transition knowledge and experience of leading teams and motivating them to achieve common goals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced business environment with an emphasis on positive problem and adaptive working practices.
Required Skills:
Experience in a ITIL process role particularly relating to service transition (or equivalent) Strong and demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with global stakeholders, including outsourcing partners Experience of developing best practice processes, policies, and procedures for functional area Must have a clear and effective communication style with exceptional results focus Project Management experience desirableTechnical Skills:
IT Life-Cycle Management ITIL Intermediate qualification (Preferably Service Transition) ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) Strong MS Projects, MS Visio, MS Excel, Confluence (Go Wiki) and Macros Agile Ways of working. Automating ServiceNow tasks and Catalogue items creation.What you can expect from us
