Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-HR Transitions
The incumbent would work very closely with business, HR, Corporate M&A team, regional counterparts, Shared Services, and IT teams to support internal transitions and high priority projects. 
 Responsibilities:
• Lead E2E Transition strategy / solution, along with the Process owners by consolidating relevant inputs from cross functional teams, in line with the E2E solution, Validating rationale/assumptions for the proposed digital/technology transformation
• Participate in Pre-Transition Workshops to gain further insight and fine tune the transformation solution to meet stakeholders’ stated and unstated needs and own all updates
• Drive the deployment of process/digital/technology transformation solutions, as identified
• Identify and communicate risks, and co-create change solutions throughout the Project period
• Mobilize a clear and effective cross functional (including Ops / People Function etc.) program team to drive project outcomes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• University graduate; Post- Graduation degree preferable
• Exposure to project management 
• Should have 2-3 of strong domain expertise experience in HR/ HR operations / consulting / at least 1 groundbreaking project 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
• Experience or exposure on projects
• Provide inputs for Transformation Focused transition solutions in sync with E2E view of the proposed solution
• Interpersonal Skills – ability to articulate thoughts clearly ; active listening and comprehension
• Collaboration & Partnership - ability to establish encouraging and collaborative relationships with superiors, peers & subordinates
