About the Role
The CTC AGENCY, a leading business solutions and recruitment firm, is hiring Sales Managers for our partnered companies in the Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance sectors.
This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in insurance sales and want to build a rewarding career with industry-leading organizations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life, health, and general insurance products.
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize business growth.
- Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives/agents.
Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and drive productivity.
Conduct periodic sales meetings and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and present sales reports to management with insights on market trends and performance.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and regulatory documentation.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales (life/health/general). Candidates with team-handling experience will be given preference.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to build and lead a team.
Result-oriented approach with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the insurance sector and willingness to stay updated on market developments.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package and comprehensive employee benefits, including:
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month) + attractive incentives based on performance.
