The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).Our service offerings are structured to provide best in the class business consulting & advisory services to CXO representatives of an organization.- C-Suite Advisory:- Provide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization and innovation- Disruptive Technologies:- Enable our clients to evaluate, adopt and industrialize the market disrupting technologies ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility- Transformation Management:- Help clients navigate their way from strategy to execution by bringing in our expertise in business transformation, organization change management and program managementJob Responsibilities- Apply structured change management methodologies to lead change activities, assess change impacts, and develop tailored strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance- Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project plans, ensuring alignment across initiatives and supporting seamless execution- Work with key change sponsors, coach senior leaders and C-level executives in their sponsor roles, and provide direct support to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions- Identify, analyze, and mitigate change-related risks; proactively manage anticipated resistance to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment- Create actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training plans. Develop engaging communication collaterals including emailers, banners, videos, and posters to support awareness and engagement- Support training efforts, define and track change KPIs, build adoption dashboards, monitor progress, and manage governance of change activities to ensure accountability and continuous improvementProfessionals we are looking for?Smart, self-motivated, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving change in transformation programs. Individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and bring creativity, analytical thinking, and stakeholder empathy to every engagement.- Overall experience of 6–7 years, with at least 3–4 years of hands-on involvement in managing transformation projects across business or technology domains- Master’s degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences- Ability to influence stakeholders towards a common vision and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio); familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Articulate, etc. is a plus- Exposure to domains such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services is desirable, along with a strong inclination towards technology-enabled change (e.g., automation, AI)- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously, work effectively with geographically dispersed teams, and contribute to a collaborative team cultureWhere are we hiring?
