Eteros Technologies is looking for Analog Design Engineers from 4 yrs to 12 yrs to work on Turnkey team based model project with global customer, Work Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad

Work independently on basic, block level and chip level Analog Circuit schematic design and provide timelines for handling project. Hands on experience in designing key analog circuit blocks with good understanding of Finfet, Planar, Bipolar and other basic devices.

Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad

Experience:Hands on experience in Analog Circuit design of various designs including Linear and Switching regulators, SerDes, LVDS, DDR Phy, PLL and Analog building blocks amplifiers, comparator, oscillator, voltage, current reference circuits etc.Experience in high voltage BCDMOS for power management and lower nodes & FinFet for High-speed designGood understanding of deep sub-micron and DFM issuesThorough working knowledge of Circuit Design EDA tools using Cadence Virtuoso suite, fast spice simulators, co-sim & VerilogA modelling etc.Supporting post silicon validation teamPerform basic circuit design fundamentals like performance vs area vs powerDesign with device Noise aware and other performance factorsReduce the design cycle with aware of post layout effects, DFM and yieldRunning the mixed signal co-simulation to perform timing and functional verificationInvolve close interaction with Layout team

Qualifications:BTech/MTech/PhD with 4+ years of experience in analog designExperience with hands on Finfet design and devicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
