Work closely with the operations and HR teams to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions. Conduct onboarding training for new joiners and refresher programs for existing staff. Drive a culture of continuous learning and service excellence. Maintain detailed records of training schedules, attendance, and feedback. Candidate Expectations: Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Operations Training or Process Training. Prior experience in QSR brands or large-format retail preferred.
