Job Summary: As an Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding Travokarma’s offerings by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new vendors. Your efforts will ensure that our users have access to a diverse range of high-quality travel experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a deep understanding of the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential vendors who offer unique and high-quality travel experiences.
  • Initiate contact and negotiate agreements with new vendors to onboard them onto the Travokarma platform.
  • Assist new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they meet Travokarma’s quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to effectively integrate new vendors into our network.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a solid understanding of travel markets and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a capacity to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong potential for full-time employment based on performance metrics and business needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the travel sector.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and CRM software.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about creating exceptional travel experiences.
