Overview The HumanResource Head Talent Acquisition lead is a critical role within ourorganization responsible for sourcing and headhunting sales andmarketing professionals from various portals. The positionprimarily focuses on talent acquisition (80%) and also includesteam handling and operations (20%). The individual in this rolewill play a pivotal part in driving our talent acquisition strategymaintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuringthe smooth operation of theteam.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Develop andimplement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet theorganizations staffing needs.
  • Source andheadhunt sales and marketing professionals from diverse channelsand platforms.
  • Utilize innovative sourcingmethods to identify and engage highpotentialcandidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers tounderstand their talent requirements and align sourcing effortsaccordingly.
  • Conduct thorough candidatescreenings interviews and assessments to evaluate qualificationsand fit.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess from sourcing to offer negotiation andonboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with employmentlaws and regulations throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Lead mentor and develop ahighperforming talent acquisition team.
  • Overseethe daytoday operations of the talent acquisition functionincluding budget management andreporting.
  • Continuously analyze recruitmentmetrics and optimize strategies to enhance hiringeffectiveness.
  • Drive employer brandinginitiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organizationsreputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in talent acquisition andrecruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR partners toensure seamless integration of talent acquisition efforts withoverall HRstrategies.

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in leading talentacquisition for sales and marketing profiles with a focus onheadhunting and sourcing.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in utilizing various sourcing channels including jobportals social media and professionalnetworks.
  • Strong understanding of recruitmentbest practices candidate assessment techniques and employmentlaws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills to effectively engage with candidates hiring managers andteam members.
  • Ability to drive recruitmentinitiatives in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changingpriorities.
  • Proven track record of building andmanaging highperforming talent acquisitionteams.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologyand applicant tracking systems to streamline processes and driveefficiency.
  • Strategic mindset with the abilityto develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned withbusiness objectives.
  • Exceptional organizationalskills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitmentprocesses simultaneously.
  • Experience inemployer branding and promoting the organization as an employer ofchoice.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities to assess recruitment effectiveness and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Certification in Human Resources(e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is considered aplus.

NoteMainly sourcing candidates and head hunting sales &marketing profile from portals 80% TA and 20% team handling&operations.
