Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a talented and experienced Chatbot/Designer to join our team. As a Chatbot/Designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing chatbot interactions and user experiences for our clients across various messaging channels. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related fieldProven experience designing and developing chatbot interactions and user experiencesProficiency in chatbot platforms and frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM WatsonStrong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniquesExperience with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with API integration and web servicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentGood communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and create chatbot interactions and user experiences for messaging channels such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, and more.Architect & design chatbots and conversational solutions based on business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX designers, and product managers, to gather requirements and implement chatbot solutions.Develop conversation scripts and flowcharts to guide the chatbot's interactions with usersIntegrate chatbot applications with external systems and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchangeTest and debug chatbot interactions to ensure smooth functionality and optimal user experienceMonitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chatbot design and developmentProvide support and training to clients on chatbot usage and management.
