Job Summary

Human Resource Business Partner, a key role in the Organization and the primary contact for the Business and employees. Able to understand about business requirement and establish a strong positive relationship with the Business Unit Managers/ Senior Management Team. should align with FAI’s Vision, Mission and Values and drive Organizational Initiatives for the Business Units that is aligned. 
Competencies
•    Able to understand about the business process
•    Should possess clear understanding about employee life-cycle right from resource Management, Position Management, Compensation and Performance Management
•    Ability to understand about Vendor Management – vendor terms and conditions and Stakeholder Management – both internal and external stakeholders as per the business requirement
•    Guide or educate the respective stake holders about Corporate Communication Design and Dissemination, provide inputs on the desired communication message
•    Able to partner with the business to identify the business needs towards talent management
•    Adhere to FAI Policies and procedures and educate employees at frequent intervals and ensure them to align with Organization Objectives 
•    Strong knowledge or ability to learn and execute about the HRMS tools and process as per the changing needs of the business
•    Able to provide proactive support and guidance to the leadership team and act as a facilitator
•    Drive Performance Management System (PMS) to enable Business Managers to have developmental conversation with their team members within the agreed timeline
•    Collaborate with business to drive Employee Engagement Initiatives
•    Should possess high Interpersonal Skill and ability to handle employee queries
•    Knowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR related Business Decisions
•    Collaborate with the stakeholders to plan and drive CSR initiatives
Educational Qualification and Experience: 
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
MBA specialized in HR would be preferable
A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in the similar role
Hands on experience about HRMS tools – preferably workday tool
