Senior Manager

The role will partner with the supply chain HR leadership team to drive the people agenda for HR team members.
You are Responsible for:
- HR Business partnering with the leaders in the HR Function to understand the talent priorities and drive actions to address the same.
- Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per AOP.
- Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with people managers.
- Oversee the new employee induction and onboarding to the team.
- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes.
- Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan.
- Driving employee engagement agenda for the HR teams.
- Employee relations: Handling employee queries and grievances, if any.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following
- Demonstrate Ownership & Accountability with a strong partnership mindset
- Ability to Plan & Prioritize.
- HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes such as performance management, talent management, succession planning, retention planning etc.
- Strong communication skills, especially with large groups.
- Stakeholder management & a demonstrated ability to influence.
- Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results.
- Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to business results.
- An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking. Level long-term thinking is a must.A sense of urgency and bias for action, and stakeholder management is needed.
