Antara Assisted care is seeking a dedicated and experienced City Head of Operations to oversee and manage our senior care homes and care at home services in Bangalore. The City Head will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior care home and care at home services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents and clients.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.
- Lead and manage teams.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for residents and clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and company policies in all operational aspects.
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize efficiency, and enhance the overall resident and client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, clients, families, and community stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive care environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- To ensure 100% compliance with statutory, statistical and annual reports.
- Represent for all medico-legal issues.
- Reports to the COO and supervises administration in the day-to-day activities
- Liaises with departments for smooth running of the facility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Hospital operations and management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
- In-depth knowledge of senior care regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care and services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
