Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.-

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.-

Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.-

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.-

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.-

Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Requirements:-

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer care role, preferably interacting with US-based customers.-
