Company Description:We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also managing paid media for them.
Role Overview:We are a seeking a proactive and energetic Account Manager who will be the central hub of our creative operations. The ideal candidate will be the critical link between our creative team, clients, and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination for our entire creative ecosystem, including video editors, copywriters, designers, and content creators.Develop and maintain a robust project management system to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.Track and manage project timelines, deadlines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates to both internal team members and external brand partners.Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews with team members to maintain accountability and prevent bottlenecks.Manage client communications, ensuring transparent and professional interactions.Create and maintain detailed project tracking documentation.Proactively identify potential delays or issues and develop mitigation strategies.Facilitate smooth handoffs between different team members and departments.Optimize workflow processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience working in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced creative environmentStrong understanding of paid advertising, content creation, and e-commerce industry is a huge plusExceptional organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Notion, etc.)Basic understanding of marketing workflows and creative production processes
Technical Skills:Advanced Google Workspace capabilitiesProject management software proficiencyBasic CRM and collaboration tool knowledge
Soft Skills:High emotional intelligenceStrong interpersonal communicationProblem-solving orientationAbility to remain calm under pressureProactive and solution-driven mindsetDiplomatic yet firm communication style
