We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Saas and product management within a product-based company. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully driving product roadmap initiatives, leveraging AI/ML technologies, and delivering innovative solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our product vision.Experience10-12 years of experience in product management within the Saas industryDemonstrable experience in leading and managing product roadmap initiativesProven track record of leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilitiesSuccessful delivery of innovative solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPreferred experience in industries such as Airports and Energy, including Renewable, Thermal, Transmission, Distribution, and Smart Meters.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the ideation, development, and implementation of product strategies that align with business needs, user feedback, and market trendsDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and competitive analysisLead the ideation, development, and implementation of B2B SaaS products that align with customer requirements, customer insights and market dynamics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful execution of the product roadmapChampion the use of AI/ML technologies to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and optimize product performanceOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continuously monitor product performance to identify opportunities for improvementEstablish clear product KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to inform future product decisionsCommunicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organizationStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous product evolution and differentiationEducation QualificationBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related fieldCertification RequiredProduct Management Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner)Behavioral SkillsExceptional leadership and decision-making capabilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environmentTechnical SkillsSAASProduct ManagementAI/MLProduct RoadmapAgile MethodologyUser Experience (UX) DesignData Analysis and InterpretationNon-Negotiable SkillsSAASProduct ManagementAI/MLConclusionWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
