Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will work closely with senior product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to help define and execute our product strategy for digital healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with technical understanding and has a passion for creating impactful healthcare products that solve real user problems.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing user feedback, and defining product requirements,⁠

2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive user experiences and ensure successful feature implementation,

3. ⁠⁠Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions,

4. ⁠Help prioritize features and create detailed product specifications and user stories,

5. ⁠Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement,

6. ⁠Support the product launch process, including coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success teams,

7. ⁠Maintain product documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders,

8. ⁠Participate in agile ceremonies and facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams


Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in product management or related field (business analysis, consulting, or technical project management)

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,

3. ⁠Basic understanding of software development processes and technical concepts,

4. ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

⁠ ⁠Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.),

5. ⁠Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
