We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Saas and product management within a product-based company. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully driving product roadmap initiatives, leveraging AI/ML technologies, and delivering innovative solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our product vision.

Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience in product management within the Saas industry
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing product roadmap initiatives
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance product capabilities
  • Successful delivery of innovative solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Preferred experience in industries such as Airports and Energy, including Renewable, Thermal, Transmission, Distribution, and Smart Meters.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of product strategies that align with business needs, user feedback, and market trends
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and competitive analysis
  • Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of B2B SaaS products that align with customer requirements, customer insights and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful execution of the product roadmap
  • Champion the use of AI/ML technologies to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and optimize product performance
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continuously monitor product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Establish clear product KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to inform future product decisions
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous product evolution and differentiation

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Certification Required

  • Product Management Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
