Business Development Manager
Multi Location : Mumbai and Himachal Pradesh,
Hospitality and Tour and travel Background only. - Candidates have to search new travel and camping spots in a particular area / State / City. ( It's completely ground work and traveling job)
Location - 1 For Himachal Pradesh, 1 for Mumbai ( Candidate should be ready to Travel pune to mumbai ).
Salary - UPTO 7 LPA ( We can negotiate salary max 8 lpa for very exceptional case only)

We are an experiential tourism company offering varied recreational experiences to domestic
and international tourists, primarily located in urban centres of India.
We are passionate about bringing rich experiences around camping to India hygienic
stays, outdoor activities, music, bonfires, hikes, and lots of stories & fun.
We're looking at disrupting the hospitality market in India with alternate accommodation and
differentiated experiences.
Our current regular offerings include:
Lakeside Camping and Bonfire
DIY All-you-can eat Barbecues
Hike amidst Nature Trails
Live Band performances
Hidden waterfall treks in monsoons
And many more
While we are based near Mumbai and Pune today, we are bringing happiness to Namma
Bengaluru and other parts of India soon
Responsibilities-
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion
efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential land sites, establishing and
nurturing relationships with brokers, and facilitating land acquisitions while adhering to land
laws and regulations. Extensive fieldwork, including site visits and stakeholder meetings, will
be a fundamental part of your role. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends,
zoning laws, and land use regulations to identify opportunities that align with our growth
strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and
providing regular progress reports will be vital to ensuring the success of our acquisition
projects.
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market
demands, and competitor activities.
Analyse industry insights to develop strategies that capitalise on market
opportunities.
2. Business Growth and Expansion:
Develop and implement effective business development plans to drive
revenue and achieve set targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and
collaborations within the hospitality industry.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to
understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client
satisfaction and project success.
4. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to devise long-term business strategies
aligned with company objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive
positioning within the hospitality sector.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
2.
Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate, or brokering, with a minimum of 2
years.
3.
Strong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
4.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
7.
Results-oriented with a track record of successful land acquisitions.
