Position Overview

The Accounts & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to provide financial insights that support management in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the financial health and growth of Chhapai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management review.
  • Handle taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors for timely audits.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts and finance.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹50,000.00 per month
