**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Handle taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors for timely audits.
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control.
- Ensure timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in **Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks** and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
