The person have high level of customer centricity for driving the business in a region in a manner consistent with company policy and goals. This may involve developing new businesses, growing into new territories, and establishing a new dealer network. Develops and implements sales strategies and objectives. Has in-depth knowledge of the products (capital equipment and consumables) responsible. Has in-depth knowledge of customer's needs and sharpened driven knowledge and market trends. Through effective leadership, encourages, leads, directs, motivates, coaches and develops sales team to achieve / exceed sales target. Works with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in AXON as a preferred supplier.
What We're Looking For In You
8+ years of front-end selling experience of medical devices, instruments and consumables primarily into Laparoscopic and Open surgeries.
Minimum 3+ years of appointing, developing and coaching team
Must have proven skills of working with channel partners, internal stakeholders etc.
Capable of developing product demands by creating product awareness and providing education/training to clinicians and hospital staff.
Assist with sales calls to customers and prospects with a particular focus on Onco, GI, Gastro surgeons.
Must have knowledge of company’s processes around compliance, while dealing with customers.
Self-driven, highly charged, willingness to challenge the status quo are some key traits.
Good presentation skills, analytical skills and superior written and verbal communication skills
An ability to establish effective relationships across all levels, including executive management
An ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
Proven ability negotiating business agreements, plus the ability to enhance existing and develop new business
Ability to work in a team (dealer employees + company employees) and in collaboration with a high level of success/achievement.
Generate new sales, develop leads, recruit new channel partners and promoting products to surgeons, KOL and qualify prospects through making sales calls.
Extensive travel required.
Candidate should be capable enough to manage business complexity, prediction of market dynamic, driving therapy for the organization etc.
