Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales or business development
Strong negotiation and networking skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
