You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes. This is a leadership role where you'll directly influence team performance, engagement, and retention.Key Responsibilities???? Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSource and hire candidates across India through , Naukri, and other job portals.Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.???? Employee Management & EngagementSupervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.???? HR Operations & ComplianceHandle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.???? Leadership & StrategyServe as a communication bridge between management and employees.Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (e Commerce or Online Retail preferred). Strong knowledge of , Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation. Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities. Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
