About Job:

We are looking for a Business Analyst having experience in Retail Banking to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices to our customers.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and govern retail banking requirement gathering workshops.
  • presentations & demonstrate the product’s capabilities to the client.
  • gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.
  • all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.
  • project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading the UAT.
  • on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
  • as a Consultant to provide business value analysis as part of discovery phase.
  • work with System Analyst and Technical Lead to review meeting minutes, requirements document and RTM until sign-off is obtained from the client.
  • as a guide/mentor and prepare more leaders by using the knowledge, skill, and experience.
  • on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.


What we are looking for:

  • in implementing multiple Retail Banking CRM Solutions.
  • understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail Onboarding and Account Opening.
  • of Islamic Banking terms, processes with respect to retail banking is a must.
  • knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products, Credit Cards etc.
  • of various analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD.
  • Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.
  • about customer service, sales, and marketing aspects within a bank.
  • to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.
  • in Core Banking Systems, Operations, Functionalities, Day end & Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations.
