Team Assistant

Our client, a prestigious Real Estate Company in Marbella is looking to recruit an experienced Team Assistant. The successful candidate will be well presented, speak English and Spanish and will have previous experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
· Fluent speaker of English and Spanish with any additional languages a bonus.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent MS Office and CRM computer skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities:
· Execute support to the Sales Director.
· Liaise between the management team and external agents for different projects.
· Support the Sales Consultants team.
· Schedule and organize appointments and meetings.
· Prepare presentations for clients.
· Implement email marketing campaigns.
· Recommend improvements in company processes and customer service.
· Maintain and manage database.
This is a full-time position and is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company in the Costa del Sol.
Excellent work environment and competitive salary starting at €1,600 net plus bonuses.
Office based.
