You will be entrusted with the responsibility of initiating employment related cases by establishing contact with HR representatives. This role involves conducting thorough research on companies, ensuring the timely closure of cases, and adhering to Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements. Furthermore, the Associate will meticulously maintain a tracker with comprehensive research and follow-up details.

Responsibilities:

Establish contact with the concerned HR for employment-related cases.

· Conduct comprehensive research on companies.

· Maintain timely follow-up with HR via email and phone calls.

· Keep the tracker up-to-date with complete search remarks and follow-up details.

· Accurately upload responses to the designated software platform.

· Notify the Case Assessment Manager (CAM) of insufficiencies if any are received.

Qualifications:

·
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

· Proficiency in communication and strong interpersonal skills.

· Profound command of MS Excel.

· Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Keen attention to detail and precision in verifying information and documents

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment while displaying self-motivation and proactivity.
