Location Details

Location: Delhi NCR. The role will be a hybrid position located in India. The candidate needs to visit the office three times a week.

About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of business transformation projects and initiatives that make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience throughout the organisation. They work closely with functions and cross-functional stakeholders to define and propose solutions for improving processes and systems across value chains within the business globally, enhancing end-to-end operational efficiency.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Delivery Coordinator to support our Solutions Delivery operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to apply their skills in a dynamic, global environment. You will assist the Office of the COO in coordinating strategic initiatives across delivery governance, operational processes, and cross-practice collaboration.

Youll work with delivery teams and leaders across geographies to help drive execution of key priorities such as competency centre migration, career framework deployment, and delivery excellence.

As a Sr Business Analyst, you will:

• Coordinate delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across global teams.
• Support the rollout of standardised operating models and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with sourcing and talent teams to align hiring and onboarding with delivery needs.
• Maintain documentation hubs, meeting notes, and transformation trackers.
• Assist in reporting on KPIs, cost optimisation, and workforce transitions.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience in delivery operations, PMO support, or strategic coordination roles within IT services or consulting.
• Working knowledge of delivery governance and commercial frameworks.
• Familiarity with SFIA or similar career frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable using collaboration and project tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, Loop, Jira, Confluence).

Delivery Governance & PMO Support

• Experience supporting delivery frameworks, milestone tracking, and risk identification.
• Exposure to RACI models and cadence planning.
• Ability to contribute to cross-practice integration efforts.

Operational Coordination

• Skilled in coordinating across teams and time zones.
• Experience supporting planning and performance tracking activities.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Loop, PowerBI.

Transformation Support

• Exposure to transformation programmes such as workforce optimisation or competency centre migration.
• Ability to maintain operational documentation and onboarding materials.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing updates and supporting stakeholder engagement.

Data-Driven Insight

• Comfortable working with delivery data and basic performance analytics.
• Ability to support reporting and cost optimisation efforts.
