Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our dog walking, grooming, and dog food services, and converting these leads into satisfied customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about pets and enjoy engaging with people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads provided, engaging potential customers by explaining our dog walking, grooming, and dog food offerings.
  • Understand the needs and preferences of each lead to effectively pitch our products and services.
  • Follow up with leads to provide additional information and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is a plus, especially in pet care, FMCG, or service-oriented industries.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help pet parents find solutions for their pet care needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working from our office in Gurgaon, 6 days a week.
