Sploot is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to streamline and enhance our service delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from booking to service completion, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure effective onboarding of service providers in key hubs to meet demand.
- Develop strategies to retain service providers and minimize request loss.
- Regularly monitor hub performance to address gaps and optimize resource allocation.
- Increase the fulfillment percentage of scheduled services by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure timely communication with customers and service providers.
- Track and analyze unfulfilled requests to implement preventative measures.
- Ensure service providers strictly adhere to established SOPs to maintain consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular checks and feedback sessions with service providers to identify improvement areas.
- Monitor customer ratings and address negative feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
- Passion for operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Interest in the pet care industry is a bonus.
