About the job

Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and driven field sales executives to support our offline partnerships initiative. This is a feet-on-street role that involves visiting pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, and pet stores to establish partnerships and install marketing materials to promote Sploot's services.


Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Outreach:

Identify pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, pet stores, and other relevant businesses in your assigned area.

Approach potential partners, explain the benefits of collaborating with Sploot, and secure partnerships.

Marketing Material Installation:

Distribute and set up promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and referral cards at partner locations.

Ensure all materials are displayed prominently and professionally.

Field Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of visited locations, partnership agreements, and materials installed.

Provide daily updates on progress to the marketing team.

Relationship Building:

Build rapport with business owners and staff to ensure ongoing collaboration.

Act as a representative of Sploot, upholding our values and brand reputation.


What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with a field-based role and interacting with people.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and organized, with a results-oriented approach.

A love for pets and an understanding of pet care is a plus.

Availability to travel locally within the assigned area.
