We are seeking a skilled Network Manager with 4-9 years of experience to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle (2W) industries. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Network Design and Implementation : Develop and implement network architecture and infrastructure plans to meet organizational needs. Ensure the network is scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Network Management : Monitor and manage network performance, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing network configurations, and ensuring uptime and reliability.

- Security Management : Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, breaches, and other security threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with network equipment vendors and service providers. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance network capabilities.

- Performance Monitoring : Utilize network monitoring tools to track performance metrics, detect issues, and perform regular network audits to ensure system health and efficiency.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support for network-related issues, including diagnosing and resolving problems with network hardware, software, and connectivity.

- Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures. Create and update network diagrams, policies, and manuals.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams and departments to support their network requirements and ensure integration with other systems and applications.

- Project Management : Lead network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Network Management : Proven experience in managing and supporting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

- Technical Expertise : Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

- Security Knowledge : Experience with network security best practices and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively and efficiently.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the automotive or electric vehicle (2W) industries is preferred, including understanding industry-specific network requirements and challenges.

- Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are advantageous.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 4-9 years of experience in network management or a similar role.
