Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Maharashtra and Goa. This role involves generating new business, driving growth, and contributing to revenue in key strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Prospect, engage, build relationships, and close sales in corporates by interacting with key decision-makers, admin heads, purchase heads, EHS heads, IFM account directors, materials heads, influencers, and stakeholders for DYSON (Hand Dryer) and FIMAP & LINDHAUS (Cleaning Equipment).
    • Pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, B2B enterprise key accounts, and distributor/channel partner appointments.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored facility automation solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and demos to display our facility automation solutions and value propositions.
    • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms and conditions agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    • Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior to tailor our offerings and value propositions accordingly.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Provide regular reports in Sales Force and insights to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
  • High degree of technical competency in product and quality evaluation and facility automation standards.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of all technical aspects of facility automation and keep up-to-date with new concepts and trends in the industry.
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage with clients, negotiate contracts, and build relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
