We build offices, retail shops, and warehouses and are India's fastest-growing design-n-build fit-out company. In our journey post-COVID, our business grew by 25x and team size by 8x. We have seen early signs of the magic technology brings in construction management, which allowed us to drastically reduce our project management overheads and improve our speed of delivery by 25%. As we gear up for scale now, we are digitally connecting the stakeholders in construction i.e. Material Suppliers, Factories, and Banks; with project managers at the center of this ecosystem. we plan to create a system to manage the store throughout its life cycle. Brands should be able to buy equipment (Racks, Mannequins, Kitchen equipment), hire and manage manpower, and maintain the store with a single laptop.

Business Development Associate


Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. With excellent communication and persuasive skills, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our products or services. This role requires a goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and email outreach.
  • Manage the sales cycle efficiently to attract new clients, focusing on strategic hunting and cold-calling techniques.
  • Exhibit a result-driven approach, dedicated to actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to communicate value to customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Document sales activities and track opportunities in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage and drive inbound leads.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Business Development experience.
  • Prior Experience in Interior Industry, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales & Channel partner Sales and development.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
