Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. With excellent communication and persuasive skills, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our products or services. This role requires a goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and email outreach.
- Manage the sales cycle efficiently to attract new clients, focusing on strategic hunting and cold-calling techniques.
- Exhibit a result-driven approach, dedicated to actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and objections.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Business Development experience.
- Prior Experience in Interior Industry, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales & Channel partner Sales and development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
