Clara is building the AI-native

The Role

We're looking for a
high-agency operator
to work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive execution and scale. As Chief of Staff, you'll be in the room for critical decisions, ensure alignment across teams, and act as a trusted face of Clara with customers, investors, and advisors.

This isn't just an operations role — it's a chance to help shape the DNA of a breakout AI-native company.

What You'll Drive

  • Fundraising with the Founder:
    Be directly involved in shaping the story, prepping materials, and managing investor conversations
  • Execution Across the Board:
    Ensure teams align to operating plans and move from updates to outcomes
  • Vision to Revenue:
    Translate founder vision into tangible product, sales, CS, and hiring actions — always anchored to revenue
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Internal:
    Keep CXOs, product, growth, and engineering in sync, surfacing priorities and unblocking teams
  • External:
    Be the face of Clara with key partners, investors, and early customers, ensuring communication is crisp and credible
  • Problem Ownership:
    Pick up ambiguous but critical problems — from internal inefficiencies to new market launches — and own them end-to-end
  • Culture and Talent:
    Shape Clara's operating cadence, help hire A+ talent, and embed a high-performance culture
