
Employee Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct weekly engagement sessions in-office and virtually for international employees.
* Manage the yearly engagement budget, breaking it down into monthly allocations.
* Coordinate daily evening snacks for the Gurgaon office.
* Plan and manage employee gifting for events, festivals, and new onboardings.
* Administer and manage the Amber tool, run pulse surveys, and perform quarterly eNPS calculations.
* Organize and execute quarterly townhalls, offsites, and external conferences.
* Manage office dcor for festivals, celebrations, and special occasions.
* Monitor and improve the companys presence on Glassdoor, Google, and AmbitionBox.
* Support employer branding initiatives across social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter.
* Develop and publish content for internal engagement platforms.
* Use data analysis and reporting to track the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
* Leverage AI tools for efficiency and innovation in engagement programs (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
* Ability to manage budgets and track ROI of engagement initiatives.
* Experience with employee feedback tools and survey management.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute events.
* Based in Gurgaon with the ability to work from office when required.
* Added advantage: Experience with AI tools for engagement and analytics.
