Read more on  our Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll be the crucial link between marketing strategy and execution. We are seeking someone with an analytical mindset and eagerness to learn to optimize our marketing operations and drive measurable results across all channels.
About the Role We are looking for someone who can help us build relationships with partners across the board You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy for all types of partners, developing deep co-marketing relationships with POS partners while building and optimizing a high-performing affiliate program. Each channel requires distinct approaches and skills, making this a unique opportunity for a versatile marketing professional.
Key Responsibilities POS Partnership Marketing Develop and execute strategic co-marketing plans with POS partners
Design and manage co-branded marketing campaigns including:
Joint webinars and events
Co-branded content, testimonials, and case studies
Shared email marketing campaigns
Joint social media initiatives
Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams and internal marketing team
Coordinate partner marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Ensure brand consistency across all co-marketing initiatives
Affiliate Program Management Design and scale the affiliate marketing program
Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
Create and distribute affiliate marketing materials and resources
Work on SQL targets from the leads generated by partners
Analytics & Reporting  Track and analyze performance metrics for both partnership types
Create separate reporting dashboards for POS and affiliate programs
Generate insights and optimization recommendations
Monitor ROI across both partnership channels
Present performance reports to stakeholders
