Job Responsibilities:  


1. Business Development: 

   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. 

   - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. 

   - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. 

 

2. Account Management: 

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for key modern trade customers such as Reliance, Swiggy, and Star Bazaar. 

   - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

   - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. 

 

3. Sales Strategy: 

    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals. 

   - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met. 

   - Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional activities and campaigns. 

 

4. Marketing Activities: 

   - Plan and oversee marketing activities to promote Agrify Fresh products.

   - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results. 

 

5. Negotiation and Contracts: 

   - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins. 

   - Manage pricing and promotions to maintain competitive positioning. 

 

6. Reporting and Analysis: 

   - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. 

   - Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 0-5 years of experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in the fresh produce industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed. 
  •
