We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Atlassian Platform to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian solutions. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to proposal writing and pre-sales , enabling close collaboration with business and delivery teams.Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst cum Scrum Master (BA+SM) who can driverequirement gathering, write detailed user stories, support development teams, and lead allAgile ceremonies to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities :Review high-level requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Content teams,and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the scope of proposed projects.Review UX designs and work closely with UX designers to ensure alignment withbusiness needs.Create detailed Jira stories with clear Acceptance Criteria, including bugs andenhancements.Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications,Business Rules, Use Cases, and API-related documentation.Lead backlog grooming sessions and ensure stories are well-refined and ready fordevelopment.Support and unblock development teams by answering requirement-related questionsand creating relevant test data.Collaborate closely with QA/SDET and Development teams during testing and provideclarification on requirements.Ensure all deliverables meet functional and UX expectations.Scrum Master ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning,Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Monitor sprint progress and ensure development is on track for timely delivery.Remove blockers for the development team and ensure smooth workflow.Maintain sprint reports, burn-down charts, and overall sprint health dashboards.Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timelyissue resolution.Track team velocity and improve sprint efficiency.Required Skills & Experience:7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA+SMrole.Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Jiraworkflows.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience working with UX teams, Product teams, and Technical teams.Ability to create BRDs, Functional Specifications, use cases, and API documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel within Agile environments.Good to HaveExperience working with distributed teams in EST shift.Knowledge of Confluence, API testing basics, and UX flows.Exposure to cloud or digital product environments.Why Join Clovity :Work on enterprise-scale Atlassian projects across industries.Opportunity to collaborate with pre-sales and delivery leaders globally.Exposure to advanced Cloud and AI-driven Atlassian solutions.Competitive compensation, hybrid flexibility, and strong growth potential.
