The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) along with excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and functional solutioning skills. Experience in the Utilities domain will be a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations.Support configuration, solution design, and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and custom Salesforce applications.Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis with cross-functional teams.Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.Support UAT planning, test case creation, issue tracking, and validations.Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance processes.Work effectively with UK-based teams during UK shift hours.Required Skills4–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst .Strong functional expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documenting user stories.Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Admins, Developers, QA).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to support production issues and change requests.Preferred (Good to Have)Utilities domain experience (billing, metering, customer service process flows, outage management, or field service).Pratap Datla :: NOBLESOFT
