Hiring: Business Analyst | Oil & Gas (Frac Operations Domain)Location: Agra / Noida (In-person managerial round mandatory)Experience: 7+ Years⏱ Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferredIndustry: Oil & GasWe’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with deep domain knowledge in Oil & Gas – especially Frac operations .The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with data analysis, visualization, and SaaS product experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oil & Gas, focusing on Frac operations, drilling, and production analytics .Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for SaaS-based solutions .Design and validate data-driven visualizations (e.g., time-series graphs, pressure vs. depth charts).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) for requirement gathering and delivery.Identify and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Oil & Gas software domain preferred).Deep understanding of Frac operations, drilling, completions, and reservoir engineering .Hands-on with SaaS platforms and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in Agile environments .✨ Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oil & Gas SaaS providers .Familiarity with Machine Learning applications for predictive analytics.Knowledge of WITSML, PPDM, RESQML standards.Let’s connect great talent with opportunity#Hiring #BusinessAnalyst #OilAndGas #FracOperations #SaaS #Analytics #DataVisualization #NowHiring #NoidaJobs
