ResponsibilitiesPerform market research on target industries and client accounts within the Fortune 2000 space, with a focus on fast-growing companies and industriesIdentify a list of key decision-makers within each target account such as - hiring managers, procurement managers, vendor managers, HR managers, contingent staffing MSPs, COOs, CFOs, etc.Establish a channel of communication with key decision-makers, by engaging with them via email, social media, and cold-calling to make them familiar with the firm's servicesGenerate leads for accounts assigned, by converting initial engagement to successful sales meetingsPrepare captivating sales presentations highlighting our services and keep the sales collateral updated based on the latest business metrics such as revenue, headcount, client list, services, and differentiatorsCollaborate with senior leaders to strategize sales meetings with C-suite executives of target accountsProvide ongoing sales and account management support for closed accounts, to expand the relationship to multiple business divisions within the target client
