Job Summary:

Kairos is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer for our office located in Hyderabad, India. This role is part of the Delivery Team that is responsible for internal applications supported by IT across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Product and Engineering

Skilled and experienced Salesforce Platform Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture, along with extensive experience in developing custom solutions to meet business requirements. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
  • Custom Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes to ensure high-quality solutions and maintainable codebase.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful Salesforce projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and release notes.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior developers and team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Technical Experience

  • Extensive knowledge on Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and customizations especially in Case Management, Live Chat (Einstein), Knowledge Hub, Community Cloud.
  • Extensive experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform using declarative platform-tools.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems (both inbound and outbound).
  • Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SOSL, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience on integrations with 3rd party systems / Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc.
  • Must have experience preparing technical specifications, detailed design documents and developing test cases
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
  • Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, and version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc..
