
Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong customer service orientation. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations through phone, email, and booking platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and room allocation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash management at the front desk.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in promoting hotel services, offers, and facilities to guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & local language).
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly personality.
- Ability to handle multitasking, pressure, and guest complaints efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling international guests
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
