Role & responsibilities:


  • Collection of data analysis for performance improvement
  • Client relationship and coordination
  • Investigate Historical Data for product debt
  • Analyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ steps that are missed
  • Preparing and Maintaining internal reports for MIS and reports to management.
  • Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis.
  • Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clients
  • Should deliver the KPI as required and maintain self KPI like Quality, Attrition, Shrinkage and roaster management.
  • Should handle call monitoring exercises, escalations and follow up with the other department to solve the queries of the customers.
  • Dialer Management
  • Tele-collection and Team handling



Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as a Collection -Assistant Manager/Team Leader or similar role
  • Working knowledge of MS- Excel, databases, Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills verbal and writing
  • A person should come with previous experience of 3 to 8 years in Tele- Collections and Strategy.
