  • Enhance regional HR capabilities by embedding core HR processes and tools (Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change, Org Design and Team Effectiveness) and ensures adherence to performance standards and practices.
  • Provide regional feedback for global HR initiatives and ensure DEI focus in all activities.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Partners, Regional TA Leads, and Regional HR Directors to create and implement regional talent plans, promoting internal mobility and cross-unit moves.
  • Adapt and implement the global annual talent and performance calendar for the region.
  • Increase people manager capabilities through determining and sequencing targeted learning and development programs through the L&D proposition.
  • Utilize people data and metrics to inform HR strategies and address regional needs.


Embedding Core and Common COE HR Processes and Tools within their Region

  • Build HR capability and ensure thorough deployment & utilization of HR tools across regions.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback in core and common process development
  • Participate in global projects to align regional practices with global standards
  • Ensure a DEI lens on all initiatives and work.


Talent and Performance

  • Act as a data-driven partner to global and regional stakeholders for creating and refining regional talent plans, ensuring alignment with core HR processes and tools.
  • Translate global talent and performance cycles into actionable regional calendars, promoting consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Drive internal mobility and talent movements across functions, focusing on key positions and diverse talent, while ensuring adherence to performance standards and leveraging survey data for strategic HR initiatives
  • Ensure Voices survey is well understood, and the data and insights are used to shape the regional HR agenda, where applicable


Learning & Development

  • Deploy core L&D programs to enhance people manager capability within the HR community.
  • Analyze regional L&D needs, collaborate with COEs to prioritize solutions using common tools, and develop roadmaps to bridge skill gaps aligned with regional strategy.


Other

  • Ensure strategic use of people data and metrics to prioritize initiatives and drive impact aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify regional COE needs across various topics, align them with global strategies, and develop tailored programs if regional needs differ significantly.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, facilitate senior leader alignment sessions, and lead integration plans for COE processes during M&A activities as needed
